Tanzania Client Factory Visit & Successful Cooperation at Mingtuo Electric

Recently, we were delighted to welcome a valued client from Tanzania to our factory at Mingtuo Electric. The purpose of the visit was to inspect our manufacturing capabilities, verify product quality, and finalize bulk orders for power distribution equipment, including 33kV ZW32 outdoor vacuum circuit breakers and complete low voltage distribution cabinets equipped with molded case circuit breakers, copper bars, and energy meters.

During the on-site tour, our team guided the client through our standardized production workshop, automated assembly lines, quality control laboratory, and product showroom. They had the opportunity to observe the full manufacturing process of the 33kV ZW32 outdoor vacuum circuit breakers, from raw material processing and assembly to rigorous testing and final inspection. Our engineers explained the key technical specifications, safety features, and compliance standards that ensure reliable performance even in challenging African environments.

The client also closely examined our low voltage distribution cabinets, reviewing the quality of internal components such as molded case circuit breakers, copper bars, and energy meters. They expressed great confidence in our production capacity, inventory management, and ability to meet large-scale order demands for their ongoing power infrastructure projects in Tanzania.

After the factory tour, both sides held in-depth business discussions in the meeting room, covering product customization, pricing, delivery schedules, and after-sales service. Through face-to-face communication and on-site verification, the client fully recognized our professional strength and product reliability, leading to a successful order confirmation.

RM22UB34 Single-Phase Voltage Monitoring Relay
Core Functions: Monitors the voltage of a single-phase 220V circuit; detects over-voltage, under-voltage, and power loss conditions; and independently monitors the power supply to a single-phase load.
Terminal Definitions
A1/A2: Connection points for the single-phase power supply to be monitored;
L1/L2: Power supply circuit;
Output contacts: Linked to alarm or shutdown functions.
Practical Applications
1. Monitors 220V equipment such as heating elements, single-phase variable frequency drives (VFDs), lighting systems, and small oil pumps;
2. Disconnects the load when grid voltage is excessively low or high, preventing damage to controllers and heating elements;
3. Can be used for delayed equipment startup upon power-up and for power-loss alarms.
RM22TR33 Multifunction 3-Phase Voltage Monitoring Relay
Core Functions: Comprehensive three-phase monitoring—including phase sequence, phase loss, over-voltage, under-voltage, and three-phase voltage imbalance—with adjustable time-delay functionality.
Terminal Definitions
L1/L2/L3: Three-phase 380V input;
A1/A2: Auxiliary power supply;
16/18: Fault alarm contacts.
Practical Applications
1. Includes all phase sequence and phase loss protection features found in the RM22TG20;
2. Provides time-delayed shutdown protection in cases of high grid voltage (over-voltage), low grid voltage (under-voltage), or excessive voltage difference between phases;
3. Suitable for precision equipment—such as elevators, injection molding machines, central air conditioning systems, and large air compressors—where high voltage stability is required.
