ADH300DE is a high-performance DC contactor designed specifically for the control and protection of high-power DC circuits. Its core design adopts high-strength epoxy resin sealing, and is filled with inert gas mainly composed of nitrogen inside, which has excellent electrical isolation, arc extinguishing ability, and environmental protection performance. The main contact of this contactor has a long-term current carrying capacity of 300A (85 ° C), a maximum switching voltage of up to 1000VDC, and can withstand short-circuit current surges of up to 6000A (5ms). It offers multiple coil voltage specifications (10-36V DC) and installation methods (bottom or side installation, optional with/without auxiliary contacts) to meet the installation and electrical control needs of different application scenarios. The product has passed multiple international and regional safety certifications such as CE, CCC, TUV, etc.
Applications：
Photovoltaic energy storage system: used for controlling the on/off of the charging and discharging circuits of photovoltaic arrays and energy storage battery packs.
Electric vehicles (EVs) and charging facilities: as the main circuit relay, used for pre charging of high-voltage batteries inside the vehicle, main positive/main negative control, or output control of DC charging stations.

The working principle of the ADH300DE DC contactor is based on electromagnetic effects. When the rated voltage (10-36V DC) is applied to the coil (terminals A1/A2), the coil generates electromagnetic force, which drives the internal
moving iron core to engage with the stationary iron core, thereby driving the main contact (1NO normally open contact) to close and connect the main circuit. When the coil loses power, the electromagnetic force disappears. Under the
action of the reaction spring (or permanent magnetic force), the moving iron core returns, and the main contact quickly disconnects, cutting off the circuit. The built-in inert gas (mainly nitrogen) can quickly cool and extinguish the arc
when the contact is disconnected, protecting the contact. Some models (such as coil types E, W, D) also have built-in energy-saving circuits to reduce the power consumption of the coil after being pulled in.Â
The quality and reliability of the ADH300DE DC contactor come from its multiple guarantees: it is sealed with epoxy resin and filled with inert gas to fundamentally prevent arc leakage and contact oxidation, ensuring high safety (no fire, no explosion) and stable low contact resistance. The product has excellent electrical lifespan (such as 1000VDC/300A on-off 10000 times) and strong overload tolerance (such as withstanding 6000A instantaneous current), with a mechanical lifespan of up to 200000 times. Its working temperature range is wide (-40 ℃~85 ℃), and it can resist vibration and impact, adapting to harsh environments.
